How we respect privacy when we deal with personal information
This Privacy Policy tells you what personal information we collect and how we use it. Note that any capitalised terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings set out in our Platform Terms.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect about:
- visitors to our websites and those who subscribe to our newsletter; and
- people who use our services.

1. Visitors to our website
1.1 Collecting information
We may collect, store and use personal information that you provide to us when:

- subscribing to our email newsletters; or
- signing up for our services.
1.2 Cookies
A ‘cookie’ consists of information downloaded on to your computer when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used and can do a number of things, eg remembering your preferences, recording what you have put in your shopping basket, and counting the number of people looking at a website.
We use Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyse the use of this website. These analytics tools generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users’ computers. The information collected about usage of our website is not personally identifiable. The data is collected anonymously, stored by our analytics providers and used by us to create reports about website usage.
1.3 Using your personal information
Personal information submitted to us via this website will be used for the purposes specified in this privacy policy or in relevant parts of the website.

2. People who use our platform
2.1. Collecting information
When you use the Platform, we collect the following information, and use it only as described below:
2.1.1. Account Information. This may include your name, address, email address and phone number. We use this information in the ways you would expect, such as to set up your Account or contact you.
2.1.2. Third Party Account Information. If you use third-party services, such as social media or photo-sharing services (“Third Party Services”), you may provide us with your Third Party Services account information, such as your username. We don’t store any passwords you use to access Third Party Services. We transmit, and may store, such account information only as needed to provide the Services and only in accordance with the terms and policies of the Third Party Services.
2.1.3. Payment Information. When you initially provide or update your payment information, we transmit it via an encrypted connection to our Payment Processors. We don’t store your payment information.
2.1.4. Communications With Us. When you send us emails or other communications, such as customer support inquiries, we maintain those communications and their contents so that we can resolve your inquiries or otherwise assist you.
2.1.5. Files You Provide Us. When you use the Platform, we store, process and transmit your End User content (as defined in our Platform Terms), such as your photos, and information related to your End User content, such as location tags in photos. We process and store such files and information in order to provide the Platform.
2.1.6. Usage Information. This includes information about your activity on and interaction with the Platform which we collect in order to provide effective customer support. We only access personally identifiable usage information in response to a support issue related to your website. We also track general usage of the Platform for the purposes of evaluating and improving the Platform but this information is collected anonymously and is not personally identifiable.
2.1.7. Cookies And Other Technologies. We use these technologies to do things such as remember your preferences, keep you safe and track usage in accordance with paragraph 2.1.6 above.
2.2. Sharing information
When you use the Platform, we may share your information only as described below:
2.2.1 Third Parties You Authorise. You can give third parties access to your and your End Users’ information on the Platform. For example, you may wish to integrate Your Sites with a third party newsletter service that requires access to the email addresses you collect from your End Users, in order for that newsletter service to send emails on your behalf and at your direction. Just remember that such third party’s use of this information will be governed by the terms and privacy policies of the third party.
2.2.2 Following The Law. We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect our rights or prevent fraud or abuse of the Company or our users. When we receive law enforcement or national security requests for information, we strongly believe in privacy and transparency. We scrutinise such requests carefully and challenge vague, over-broad or otherwise unlawful requests. And when legally permitted, we provide our users with notice that their information is being requested. This notice is provided so that you have the opportunity to challenge such requests.
2.2.3. Others Working For the Company. The Company uses certain trusted third parties to help us provide, improve, promote and protect the Platform. For example, we may use third parties to help us provide customer support, manage our ads on other sites or assist with data storage. These third parties may access, process or store your information to perform tasks only for the purposes we’ve authorised, and we require them to provide at least the same level of protection for your information as described in this Privacy Policy. We also may share with third parties aggregated or anonymised information that does not directly identify you.
2.2.4. Business Transfers. If we’re involved in a reorganisation, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal.
3. Storage of your information
3.1. We endeavour to host all information we hold about you within the European Union (‘EU’). However, information that we collect about you may be transferred to and stored at, a destination outside the EU where this is reasonably necessary for us to continue delivering the Platform. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EU who work for us or for one of our suppliers or partners. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3.2 Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share this password with anyone.
3.3 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to our website. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
4. Editing and deleting your information
You have the right to ask for rectification and/or deletion of your information. You also have the right to object at any time, free of charge, to the processing of your information and you have right of access to your information. 5. End User Information
5.1. Collection And Use Of End-User Information
You may use the Platform to create or publish Your Sites, and Your Sites may have End Users. We may collect, use or delete the same types of information described in Section 2, above, from your End Users, on your behalf and at your direction, and we treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Terms. We do this in order to enable you to use the Platform and to provide, improve and protect the Platform. For example, during checkout, you may ask your End Users to provide name, address, email address and payment information so that you can complete their orders.
5.2. Your Relationship With End Users.
You can collect, use or delete your End Users’ information at any time. However, you’re solely responsible for complying with any laws and regulations that apply to your End Users’ information, including without limitation the posting of your own privacy policy. We’re not liable for your relationship with your End Users, and we won’t provide you with any legal advice regarding such matters.
5.3. End User Payment Information.
Your End Users’ payment information may be processed via third-party e-commerce payment processors with which you integrate your Account, in accordance with such e-commerce payment processors’ terms and policies. We transmit your End Users’ complete payment information when they initially provide or update it, only so that we can pass it along to the e-commerce payment processors you agree to use. We don’t collect or store your End Users’ payment information.
6. Modifications
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the most current version on our site. If a modification meaningfully reduces your rights, we’ll notify you in accordance with the procedures set forth in our Platform Terms.
