New Anglia University is proud to announce the academic and professional achievements of two highly valued members of its staff, Prof. Lana Bokuchava and Prof. Tinatin Kutchukhidze, whose work has been accepted for presentation at the prestigious AMEE Conference 2026, featuring the Integrated Ottawa Event.
The conference will take place from 22–26 August 2026 in Vienna, Austria, bringing together leading medical educators, researchers, and institutions from around the world.
The accepted works, which will be presented as poster presentations, are titled:
- “Empowering Early-Career Medical Educators in Developing Medical Schools: Personalised, Standards-Aligned Faculty Development for Maximum Impact.”
- “Human-in-the-Loop AI: Enhancing Clinical Training While Preserving Clinical Decision-Making and Autonomy.”
Prof. Lana Bokuchava, Vice Provost for Academics, and Prof. Tinatin Kutchukhidze, Quality Assurance Officer, play integral roles in ensuring that the University delivers high-quality, standards-driven medical education. Their work continues to support the development of robust academic frameworks.
Their acceptance at AMEE 2026 represents a significant achievement and highlights the growing international recognition of New Anglia University’s academic leadership in medical education.
